So lately I just purchased a Wii online at the regular retail price, but I had to get a bundle of software and accesories for a total of about $500 US. Usually Wii's are on sale over at ebay at about 400 US$ and up due to the high demand and limited supply. (250 US$ is the MSRP). Ah well, I got some games that I was interested in anyway. My favorite by far is the Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. It is very hard to put the controllers down. I also found out how to get my mii from the controller onto my laptop using bluetooth.
